Goals for 2019
-Lose 15 pounds in the first 100 days
-Lose 40 pounds total for the year
-Start running again, even if casually
-Sign up for a free week of CrossFit, once our work buildings move (sometime this spring)
-Drink more water
-Eat more protein
-Practice German more consistently
-Put less pressure on myself and others
-Paint my nails more often
January 12th update:
-Down 8 pounds (mostly water weight, which I knew would happen, and why I say 15 pounds in the first 100 days)
-I’ve been drinking HELLA water. Aside from yesterday, I’ve been drinking 100-130oz a day.
-I’ve definitely upped my protein, and feel much less hungry
-My nails are currently an opal-y white, so they look like pearls
-I’m expecting less out of people, and it’s helped eliminate some pressure in interactions, which is awesome!
